Last updated October 19, 2026
DeskZero is operated by Jonah Arthur, a sole proprietor based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. This page explains what information we collect on getdeskzero.com, how we use it, and the terms for text messages from DeskZero. Questions: jonah@getdeskzero.com.
What we collect
- What you type into our demo request form or our chat: your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, website and any questions you send.
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages from us.
- Basic technical information your browser sends to any website, such as IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider for security.
The sample businesses in our website demos are made up. Nothing you type into those demos is saved or sent.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, set up your demo and follow up about it.
- To send text messages, only if you agreed to receive them.
- To run and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run DeskZero, such as our website host, form and email delivery services, and our customer management and phone system. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described above and will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging terms
- What you’ll receive: messages about your demo request or the services you asked about, such as scheduling, reminders and follow-ups.
- How you agree: by checking the texting box on our demo form, or by giving your number in our chat after reading the texting notice. Consent is not a condition of getting a demo or buying anything.

- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or email jonah@getdeskzero.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you and provide our service, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing jonah@getdeskzero.com.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
