Will it make up specs?
No. It answers only from the documents you approve and shows the page it used. When the answer isn’t there, it says so and hands the question to your team.
Can it look up orders?
Not at launch. Order questions go to your team with the conversation attached. Connecting your order system is part of the Plus plan, where your system allows.
What happens to pricing and quote questions?
They go to sales with the customer’s name, company and number, plus the conversation, so your reps can call back ready.
Does it work for my products?

How long does setup take?
