Can it book into my calendar?
Yes. It offers open times and books them on a booking calendar we set up for you. If you run ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber or practice software, we start with requests your team confirms, then connect directly where your system allows.
How do I hear about new leads?
Every lead is texted and emailed to whoever you choose, with the customer’s name, number and the full conversation.
Does it answer the phone?
Today it works in the chat on your website. Phone answering is in testing now. Ask us about it on your demo.
What if the agent doesn’t know the answer?
It answers only from the documents you approve. When the answer isn’t there, it says so, takes the customer’s name and number, and hands them to your team. It doesn’t guess.
Will it give medical, legal or financial advice?
No. Anything that needs a licensed person, like a diagnosis, a rate quote or a coverage decision, goes straight to your team.
How long does setup take?
Most agents are live in about two weeks. If yours isn’t live within 30 days of kickoff, we refund the setup fee.
Is there a long contract?
No. After a 90-day first term, it’s month to month.
